BARBECUE Meatloaf Aussie-Style Recipe

Preparation:
Meatloaf: Combine floor beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, onions, sodium, pepper, garlic, parsley, curry, as well as egg in large bowl. Mix well. Mix dairy and water and add to meat mixture a little each time until smooth but firm. Shape in to loaf and put into greased baking skillet.

Provide loaf hot in thick slices with remaining sauce. The actual meatloaf also makes great sandwiches.
